my story

I’m originally from Louisiana, but I’ve lived in the Ozarks for most of my life! I grew up as an entertainer kid, performing with my family on stage in Branson. I started clogging at the age of 5, then branched into singing and playing instruments. So, to say I’m not shy is an understatement.

When it came time to decide what I wanted to do with my life, I headed to college in West Palm Beach, Florida, to pursue a degree in Marine Biology. In the middle of my college journey, I contracted a flesh-eating bacteria that nearly killed me—more than once. After a long hospital stay, far from my family, I made the tough decision to come home to Branson. Not long after returning and entering remission, I met the love of my life, Kyler! Naturally, I stayed in the Midwest, and now we’re raising our beautiful family. I have a daughter named Capri and our newest addition, our son Sawyer.

This season of life has also brought some heavy trials. My sweet momma is currently battling Stage 4 brain cancer. I never imagined we’d walk this road—but here we are. I’m her person, so I travel with her back and forth to MD Anderson in Houston, TX, for treatment. But no worries—when I’m home, I’m fully available to capture your session and your memories. And I would love to do so.

Now, how did I get into photography?

What started as a hobby 9 years ago quickly became a passion. It all began with taking pictures of my nieces and nephews. I instantly fell in love with it and soon started taking on clients beyond just friends and family. To this day, I’m deeply grateful for every single client who has trusted me to capture their memories and milestones.

I’m so thankful for a job that lets me create, connect, and build real relationships—many of which have turned into lasting friendships. I LOVE my job.

Okay, that’s enough about me—now I want to hear about YOU!
